1 – Put out relevant content



Some brands get bogged down talking only about their products online, while others post random content they hope will be appealing. Neither approach is ideal. What you want is for people to visit your page and immediately realize who that page is for, and what type of content it publishes.



This doesn’t mean that you should always post about the same thing. But you should stick to themes that are all relevant to the same niche. A page for a coffee shop, for example, may post about cool mugs or interesting coffee recipes. That won’t help them sell more coffee, but it can interest their audience.



Sticking to a theme is important because what you publish will end up on your follower’s feed. And if they keep having to skip posts from you because it’s not relevant to them, they’ll eventually feel inclined to unfollow your brand.



2 – Find your audience



Nearly all social media platforms offer tools to separate audiences into groups or topics. Whether it be hashtags on Instagram and Twitter or groups on Facebook, these tools create segments of the general audience that have certain things in common. And by playing around with these tools, you’ll eventually figure out which hashtags or groups let you talk directly to your target audience.



3 – Give always and promotions



A good promotion on social media can get you a lot of attention, and it can be a way to reward your loyal audience. You can also use a giveaway as an opportunity to get more people to sign up for your mailing list. Speaking of which…



4 – Get people on your emailing list



Social media isn’t just a place to promote your products, you can also use it to promote other ways in which customers can engage with you. And of all the available options, getting them to sign up to your emailing list is one of the best.



A good email marketing campaign can generate leads, boost your sales, and it’s always a great idea to get your existing customers to buy from you again. The are a lot of email marketing services that are trustworthy and cheap, or even for free, making this marketing strategy very accessible.



5 – Offer customer service and advice



Brands that are generous with their time and expertise often get better results on social media. If you can, make yourself or a member of your team available to answer questions and customer inquiries on social media. Both when questions are asked directly on your social media pages, and when you see messages on other pages of consumers that use products sold by your store.



On top of building goodwill, helping people in this way is a good way to display your team’s expertise.

Flipping houses will give a person the chance to earn some good money. They will purchase a home that needs to be fixed up at a low cost. If a person knows how to do most of the work they can save a lot of money. When the home is fixed up it can be sold for a profit. Shalom Lamm has seen people flip houses and make money. Lamm feels that this is a good investment and people should invest in flipping homes before other means.



When flipping a home a person has to determine their budget. They are going to need to purchase a home. They need to find a house for cheap. It is going to need some work but this will allow them to get it at a low price. A person has to determine a budget. They need to figure out how much they can pay for a home, how much money they can invest in repairs, and how long they can wait to make their money back. Some homes may sit on the market for months before they are sold. A person should meet with a real agent and be specific about what they are looking for. They need to find a property within this budget. If the home will not fit, they will need to move on to another project.



Looking at the home a person needs to decide if they can fix it themselves or if they are going to hire a contractor. Most people can figure out how to paint, but Shalom Lamm recommends a contractor because some other things may be dangerous and may require the skills of a professional. If there are issues with the roof or electric systems for example a person should hire a professional contractor. This is something that would have been included in their budget.



Once the home has been fixed up it is time to put it on the market. A person will need to meet with a real estate agent. They will also need to get an estimate on how much the home is worth. When the home is listed and offers are coming in a person needs to decide if they are going to sell. If the offers are well below the asking price a person may want to hang on to the home longer so they can make more money. This will also depend on their timeline and how long they can afford to wait before selling the home.



Flipping a home can be a good investment and can be an enjoyable thing to do. If a person is able to purchase a home for cheap and renovate it to looking good they can make a lot of money. Even if the real estate market is down it will always come back up if a person is willing to wait. When investing money real estate is a good option. Eventually, the market will return to normal and a person will make money even if they have to wait.
