The buying and selling of domain names continues to rise as digital and websites are quickly becoming the new real estate as so much of the physical world is in jeopardy with ongoing concerns of the global pandemic. Premium domain names can really give your business a head start when it comes to search volume and brand recognition. Buying an existing domain means you don’t have to start from scratch, which can save you time.
How did we get here? The first domain name – symbolics.com was registered all the way back in 1985! By 1988, ICANN was founded to manage critical names and numbers for DNS. The .com domain name extension, while not the only extension, continues to be the most valuable and recognizable.
How much do some premium domains fetch in the open market, you may wonder? In 2019, there was a notable premium domain name – voice.com – that sold for a whopping $30 million. If you have an existing business, make sure someone doesn’t get your domain before you do. Elon Musk had to shell out $11 million to get tesla.com.

Hybrid Workplace: Innovation for the Future
While the pandemic has been difficult to manage for all, certain aspects of it turned out to be better in a sense for many workers. For the first time, many members of the workforce got a taste of the dream work environment – or so we thought. While remote work definitely has its perks, there are some serious drawbacks as well. So why don’t we all just return to the office? Between the coronavirus pandemic, vaccinations, social distancing, and a record number of people choosing to quit rather than return to the office, it isn’t always so simple. Perhaps the hybrid workplace can help?
It’s important to note that while many employees might rather work from home, not all jobs are possible to be done fully remotely after all. So let’s not be too quick to abandon the office for good.
Let’s look at a more flexible and accommodating way to work that should make everyone happy – the hybrid workplace. Ideally, a worker can get the best of both worlds, combining the flexibility of remote work along with the stability and structure that the office environment can afford us. From the business perspective, hybrid workplaces can be a boon for a better use of office space and improve employee satisfaction as it can be more accommodating to their work style.
There are still challenges to this approach such as planning office space, inclusion, the potential for less career advancement (as some management will continue to reward in-office only staff), and collaboration, but we’re still getting there.

Brand 24 is an interactive social media monitoring and tracking tool that can be used to monitor specific mentions across the internet.
Moreover, it represents the mentions under three scenarios- positive for a positively represented mention, negative for a negative mention, and neutral for others.
It can be integrated with the team collaboration application Slack and provides automated reports on a daily and weekly basis which can be exported as PDFs, Excels, or graphical images.
9. Famm.io
Famm.io is an online reputation management and social media analytics tool which can be used to monitor brand visibility through gathering information on the mentions of the brand across the internet and social media.
It provides data regarding the dynamics of a particular keyword’s mentions that can help analyze the situations and results. It also helps find content creators and influencers.
10. YouScan
YouScan is a social media monitoring tool, however, it provides extensive visual analytics and image recognition service as well.
It is quite costly with the Standard plan at $1000 per month making it unviable for low budget entrepreneurs.
YouScan provides several features- tracking social media, blogs, and news mentions in real-time, obtaining visual insights from graphic content (logo recognition, object detection, etc.).
